Patient check in is one of the most important processes in any clinic’s workflow. However, many orthopaedic clinics struggle to master their patient intake process. When patients show up, they fill out a long and complicated patient sign in sheet—then they wait for that information to be copied and filed by the front desk staff before they can see their physician.
As an orthopaedic provider, your business relationship with your electronic health records (EHR) vendor is central to the success - or lack thereof - of your practice. EHR adoption has become ubiquitous this decade, making it more important than ever to have a reliable system that delivers uninterrupted workflows, relevant data (with no clutter) and real-time charge capture to your clinic.
We have some exciting news! If you have been attending our MIPS webinars, then you have heard about our new CQM reporting solution. We are incredibly pleased to announce that version one of the new Phoenix Ortho CQM reports, powered by CQMSolution, is being deployed. CQMSolution is a fully certified CQM reporting product created and supported by Dynamic Health IT and is used by thousands of providers nationwide.
With the final guidelines for the new CMS Proposed Rule for 2017 (and beyond) waiting to be announced, many are asking all the ways of HOW they will be effected.
As with all government rules and certifications, Phoenix Ortho will be ready with the needed certifications and processes in place to help our customers with compliance and reporting with this new Value Based Incentive program. Our Project Managers and in-house MU & PQRS specialist are already up on the most recent updates from CMS and are already prepping customers for the new program.
Below is a portion of the update by our specialist published on our Help Site with the current CMS updates to answer any current questions. For customers with questions this article or the recording of the live training does not cover, please contact Support to request to speak with a project manager.
